I'm David. I write here about the part of AI nobody is solving with a chat box: the layer between the model and the work, where structure, context, and intent actually live.
My day job is building things in that space. This site is where the ideas get to be smaller. One claim, one artefact, no roadmap.
Most posts have a small interactive built into them. The interactives are the argument. The prose is the caption. If a claim doesn't reward being felt, it stays as prose. If it does, it becomes something you can click through.
